Software License

Individual Professional License

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Eliwa Project Controls Limited for the Elite Project Controls System, which includes Excel templates, Power BI dashboards, PDF guides, and AI prompt libraries.

1. Grant of License

Upon payment of the license fee via PayPal, Eliwa Project Controls Limited grants you a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the System for your own professional projects and business activities.

2. Ownership

The System is licensed, not sold. Eliwa Project Controls Limited retains all ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to the System and its underlying logic, formulas, and prompt engineering.

3. Permitted Uses

  • Installation and use on multiple personal devices owned by the Licensee.
  • Modification of Excel and Power BI templates to suit specific project data requirements.
  • Generation of reports, charts, and data exports for presentation to stakeholders, clients, and employers.
  • Usage of the AI Prompt Library to assist in project controls tasks via third-party LLMs.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • You may not sell, redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the original files or modified versions thereof.
  • You may not share the access credentials or download links with individuals outside of your immediate purchase scope.
  • You may not use the System's logic or architecture to develop a competing commercial software product.
  • You may not upload the raw template files to public repositories (e.g., GitHub) or public file-sharing forums.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the System.

6. No Warranty

The System is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While built by experts, the accuracy of the output depends on the quality of data input by the user and the environment in which it is used.
