DMCA Policy

Eliwa Project Controls Limited ("the Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content hosted on our platform or within the System infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our site.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand or your local jurisdiction.

3. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the licenses of users who are found to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
